Anthony Todd, Chief Executive Officer

Anthony co-founded Aspect in September 1997 and is the Chief Executive Officer. chairs Aspect’s Governance Board, which is responsible for reviewing, challenging and approving the firm’s business and financial strategy and for monitoring the risk and compliance frameworks, chairs the Executive Committee, which determines Aspect’s overall corporate and strategic direction and is responsible for executing the business strategy and chairs Aspect’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving all research leading to new or improved trading strategies and for the ongoing monitoring of existing strategies and client portfolios.

Before establishing Aspect, Anthony worked at Adam, Harding and Lueck Limited (AHL), Mars & Co. and UBS. He holds a B.A. in Physics from Oxford University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD in France.

Martin Lueck, Research Director

Marty co-founded Aspect in September 1997 and is our Research Director. Mr. Lueck is a member of Aspect’s Governance Board, which is responsible for reviewing, challenging and approving the firm’s business and financial strategy and for monitoring the risk and compliance frameworks, Aspect’s Executive Committee, which determines Aspect’s overall corporate and strategic direction and is responsible for executing the business strategy and Aspect’s Investment Committee, which is responsible for reviewing and approving all research leading to new or improved trading strategies and for the ongoing monitoring of existing strategies and client portfolios.

He currently serves on the Board of the National Futures Association and as Chair of the Oxford Physics Development Board.

Prior to founding Aspect, Marty was with Adam, Harding and Lueck Limited (AHL), which he co-founded in 1987 with Michael Adam and David Harding. At AHL, Marty was instrumental in developing AHL’s trading systems and approach to research as well as the proprietary software language that provided the platform for all of AHL’s product engineering and implementation. He holds an M.A. in Physics from Oxford University.
